Meet Whitney!
Whitney is a mom of three, dog mom, and pediatric speech language pathologist.

Whitney's journey with yoga began at Dudley Square in Lexington, KY with her first teacher Cindy Hutchinson, who inspired an interest in learning more about the practice. In 2013, she completed a 200 hour teacher training program at Yoga East in Louisville, KY.

Over the past decade, Whitney has taught class across Kentucky—from Louisville and Bowling Green to Cynthiana and Lexington. Her versatile background spans private studios, the YMCA, and local community outreach with the Kentucky Yoga Initiative, teaching students ranging from high schoolers to older adults. Drawing from diverse practices including Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Whitney brings an experienced and adaptable approach to every class.

Whitney is passionate about sharing yoga a holistic lifestyle practice and exploration. Her current focus is building a dedicated, one-of-a-kind kids' yoga space in Lexington, Little Shala—creating an intentional environment where young movers can cultivate mindfulness, confidence, and curiosity from an early age.
